We want you and your flock to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit perfectly, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original packaging and tags are included inside.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
